The Developer of Sales - Select
Sales-Slect was developed by Kenneth Wexley the founder and president of Wexley Consulting an internationally known consulting firm that works with marketing leading companies to enhance organizational effectiveness. Since receiving his Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology in 1969, Ken has become internationally known consultant and author.
During his career, Ken has worked with hundreds of organization focusing on challenges related to: personnel selection and training, performance management, and leadership development.
In the area of personnel selection Ken has developed ground breaking assessment procedures for companies like AT&T, Duracell, GE, Merck, Proctor & Gamble, and Weyehaeuser.
SalesSelect was developed based Ken’s two decades of work helping companies to improve their ability to hire sales people who had the competencies and attitudes to achieve results. Ken has worked with AT&T to help them select better Yellow Page Directory salespeople as well as Residential and Business Account Representatives.
Dr. Wexley has co-authored nine books related to organization effectiveness. In addition to his work as a consultant and author, Ken has been a professor at the
